Wrote the strategy and design behind partnership pitches for adidas, Bupa, Airbnb and Jumpstart Charities: EUR 2.15 million signed. Owned marketing strategy and the data-to-insights pipeline, launched the company's first membership programme, and built a Mixpanel analytics stack that cut reporting from about 20 hours a week to near-automated.
Coordinated every marketing project: 15 of them across 7 European cities, including the 2025 Digital and Tech Innovation Award at the London Sport Awards. Rolled out a storytelling-led social strategy built on player interviews, growing LinkedIn engagement 23% quarter on quarter for over a year. Led the flagship activation, the UEFA Champions Innovate Programme at the 2025 Champions League Fan Zone, which brought in a partnership with NFL Germany.
Coordinated the Q3 events and projects in London and Paris; assisted the Paris activation, then led the London one with Merton Council.
Co-facilitated a live executive workshop guiding VISA USA's senior stakeholders through brand strategy for their 2026 campaign.

Oscar's first project at Equip Sport, built to create affinity with urban sports culture in London. Part of the reason Equip Sport won the 2025 Digital and Tech Innovation Award at the London Sport Awards, and made as a short, dynamic film for social media and as a sales pitch opener.
