These terms cover this website (quoracle.studio), published by QuOracle Studios to tell you about the studio and its games. Playing Footie Predict or Jungle Draft is covered by each game's own terms, shown when you sign up.

Using the site

You may browse the site freely. It is provided as it is: we do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is error-free or always up, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Our games

Our games are free to play. They are not gambling: no money is staked and no money is won. In-game purchases (Jungle Draft) are optional, one-off, handled by Stripe and governed by that game's terms shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals; if we ever introduce one, you will be told before paying, reminded before it renews, and able to cancel as easily as you signed up.

What we say about ourselves

We do not publish testimonials or reviews. The figures on our Numbers page are our own counts from our own systems, dated, with sample figures marked as such; the words there are ours.

Ours and yours

The QuOracle name, the Quorum mark, and the content of this site belong to QuOracle Studios. Please do not reuse them without asking. Anything you upload inside a game stays yours; you give us permission to show it in the game as the game needs.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is in our Privacy policy. In short: this site collects none, our games collect what they need and nothing more, and no AI processes your data.
